Fulfil is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our expanding team. We are seeking driven individuals with high energy, sound business acumen and a passion for learning. This is not your average sales or business development job. It requires gaining an exceptional amount of supply chain knowledge, and a strong interest in learning about what it takes to operationally scale the worlds fastest growing direct to consumer (D2C) brands.

As a Business Development Representative at Fulfil, you’ll prospect and identify key decision-makers at target companies and lay the foundation for a strong relationship. You’ll engage with high potential prospects in order to scale Fulfil for growth. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will work alongside an incredible sales team to generate sales leads, qualify active buying interest, and support deals as they progress in the funnel.

You will be responsible for becoming a product expert, and care deeply about learning core supply chain concepts to add value to prospects. You understand the sales process, can build relationships with the right decision-makers, and can succinctly define and communicate the specific benefits of Fulfil appropriate for each company. You will be a key driver of growth for the company, and on the front lines for evangelizing our product to prospective and existing users.

Successful Business Development Representatives at Fulfil will be considered for advancement into higher-level positions in Fulfil across sales, customer support, marketing and customer success.

What You’ll Do:

Develop in depth product and supply chain expertise to add exceptional value with every client interaction
Work closely with account executives to build a pipeline of Customers
Develop and qualify opportunities with high growth merchants and retailers
Rack up experience equivalent to a real world MBA
Communicate with CEO’s and VP-Level customer contacts
Wear multiple hats and make the most of the opportunity to work at an amazing, innovative, and rapidly growing company; passionate about doing something incredible!
Work with the management team in making every potential Fulfil customer happy with every interaction
Provide sales and marketing support like preparing for demos, building proposals, and supporting our marketing initiatives
We’re Looking for Someone With:

A relevant academic background or experience in process improvement, supply chain or industrial engineering
Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interest in technology and sales
A strong interest in learning about e-commerce and retail supply chains
Energy and a wicked work ethic
Self-discipline, focus amongst the chaos, and the ability to persevere through the ups/downs
A deep desire to win and the ability to find motivation in temporary setbacks
A sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit
Interest in progressing to an Account Executive or Customer Success role after 12-18 months
Nice to Haves:

Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company
Prior experience using supply chain/ERP tools
Academic qualification related to supply chain
Experience selling in the past and interest in learning how to be great at enterprise software sales (extra points for candidates with > 1 year of SaaS sales experience)
A Self – Starter (“Manager of One”) attitude: ability to survey the wide variety of open opportunities for your contribution, and manage your time efficiently
Ability to empathize with Fulfil users – understand their motivations and their business goals, and use this information to be able to provide the most value
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, you are a task-management expert! There are only so many hours in a day and you’re able to identify the best use of that time.
A sense of adventure and an entrepreneurial spirit
Coding ability or other technical experience e.g. SQL
