Kite Company Creator is based in Squamish, BC.
Kite is looking for a highly organized and energetic Technical Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Office. The candidate will report to Technical Project Leads/Managers to help build technology solution offerings within the natural resources/digitization/sustainability industry.
Ensure all processes are organized and run smoothly regarding team, customers, stakeholders etc. (e.g. initiation, development, implementation and close-out).
Manage resources, including meetings and resources
Schedule and facilitate meetings and team building sessions as required.
Assist project leads/managers to maintain relationships with partners/industry players.
Ensure all 5 phases of the project life cycle are documented and stored.
Assist with the onboarding process of team members.
Suggest improvements to the project management office.
Communicate results to team using reports and presentations.
Provide support to the Senior Management Team.
Attend meetings, document records and manage action logs.
Champion high organizational standards.
Manage digital platforms such as our CRM (e.g. JIRA), OneNote, etc. as needed.
Recent undergraduate in the field of Engineering.
Basic concepts of project management or business administration.
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
The candidate must qualify for ECO Canada Funding.
Solid interpersonal skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and establishing key priority schedules
Ability to work well with others & independently.
Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
Note(s): Strong preference for candidates with PMP and/or other project management credentials.
