Deliver is a 6 week program that takes participants through a Technology Acceleration process designed to help you understand what you need to accomplish in your role as CTO or technical lead, and give you the support and business training you need to achieve your development targets.

How Does it Work?

Critically self-evaluate the TRL Level of your technologies
Complete a detailed requirement specification for your minimal viable product (MVP) and have it approved by a prospective customer
Prepare an actionable strategy to fast-track technology development through the TRL levels from ideation to product readiness
Support the leadership team to most effectively collaborate with technology feasibility partners
Learn important business acumen to help you be the best CTO you can be, such as business model canvasing, financials, customer engagement and presentation skills
