Jon is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate energy, cleantech startups, and high-growth ventures. As a Fractional Finance Team Member with Foresight Venture Studio, Jon supports early-stage climate tech companies with financial strategy, capital planning, and operational execution to accelerate their path to scale.

Jon is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at SolarSteam, a Calgary-based company delivering solar thermal energy solutions for industrial decarbonization. He also actively advises and works with several other small and mid-sized high-growth organizations ranging in size from $1–100M in annual revenue. Prior to his startup work, Jon held leadership roles in business development, accounting, and project management within the energy sector. His experience includes ERP rollouts, investor relations, and building finance functions from the ground up.
