Tamara shares how she found her passion in the fight against climate change, and how she grew Synergraze from an idea to an award-winning agtech company.

Tamara Loiselle is the CEO of Synergraze, an Alberta-based biotechnology company making a greenhouse gas-reducing supplement for cattle from algae. From a BC ranching family, Tamara graduated from the University of Alberta, Faculty of Agriculture in Environmental Science. With over 20 years experience, Tamara has been awarded a Queen’s Diamond Jubilee medal for her environmental work with Indigenous communities and was named a TIME Magazine Hero Mom of the Year.
