Currently only 17% of Canada’s total primary energy supply is from renewable sources. Yet access to affordable and reliable energy is essential to eradicate poverty and enable economic growth. At the same time, energy production and use is currently the dominant contributor to climate change, accounting for around 78% of total global GHG emissions.

powerNEXT Fall 2024 Cohort
Our cohort runs for 11 weeks starting November 7, 2024 and includes sector-specific insights into technology needs, end user and clean energy trends, investor perspectives, and ecosystem opportunities.
As part of the cohort, ventures are eligible to receive up to 15 hours of one one one support from our Executives-in-Residence, and will leave with a robust understanding of how to succeed in today’s clean energy landscape.
