New Westminster Issues Intelligent City Challenge

A progressive city in the heart of the Metro Vancouver region, the City of New Westminster has issued an Open Call for innovative solutions through Project Greenlight

The Intelligent City Challenge seeks digital technologies to improve the city’s operational effectiveness and build infrastructure that enables a safe, smart, and resilient community. Open until May 31, the challenge focuses on two key areas: digital government and intelligent infrastructure solutions. This could be next-gen wireless infrastructure, Internet-connected street lights and garbage containers, or e-government tools. Read more.

The City of New Westminster challenge is one of five issued through the Project Greenlight platform. Created by the Vancouver Economic Commission and supported by program delivery partner Foresight, Project Greenlight is sponsored by TD Bank Group and Western Economic Diversification Canada.
