Join Export Development Canada (EDC) and Foresight Canada for an invite-only roundtable and lunch with ventures, investors and industry leaders. Featuring insights from Ross Prusakowski, EDC’s Deputy Chief Economist, the session will detail macroeconomic trends driving global uncertainty and how companies operating in the cleantech and sustainability space can interpret these signals to inform strategic decisions for international growth. Ross’s comments will be followed by a Q&A session and an open dialogue to discuss what’s impacting Canadian cleantech companies and industry leaders and what global opportunities await.

Meet the Speaker

Ross Prusakowski is the Deputy Chief Economist and Director of Export Development Canada’s Country and Sector Intelligence team (CSI). The CSI team is responsible for providing country and sector analysis to support transactions and risk ratings and for highlighting global risks and opportunities for EDC, our customers, and our partners. Ross has been with EDC for nearly 12 years.

His previous experience includes working for the Conference Board of Canada and the Government of Alberta’s Department of Finance. Ross holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Ottawa and an undergraduate degree in economics and history from the University of Alberta.
