City of Vancouver Seeks Innovations in Fleet, Waste, and Buildings

The City of Vancouver has issued an Open Call for innovation solutions through Project Greenlight, a demonstration platform that brings public and private enterprises together with innovators to rapidly source, screen, and onboard sustainability solutions. 

The City of Vancouver is pursuing its Greenest City goal by issuing an open call for innovation through Project Greenlight. Open until May 31, the call is for solutions around transportation, zero-waste solutions, buildings, and rainwater solutions. Examples include ways to support the City’s pursuit of zero-emission fleets, from garbage and recycling trucks to emergency response vehicles.
