Catherine Brownlee is the President and CEO of CBI where she brings over 30 years’ experience in Search and marketing and business development, across all sectors. Her database of over 85,000 contacts demonstrates her capacity to motivate, build and achieve results. She is the servant of the obsession of some of the world’s greatest change agents. She was recognized by her peers for her outstanding leadership with a Women of Influence Award, and a Paul Harris Award through the Rotary Club of Calgary. Robert Pound is the Director, Group Benefits & Insurance Health Risk Services. An established Benefits and Insurance broker and Third-Party Administrator, Health Risk Services specializes in building and managing awesome employee benefits plans throughout Canada. 

With more then 15 years running his own business, Robert has a keen understanding of the unique issues that face today’s business owner. Angel Valerio, VP of Integrated Operations and Customer Delivery

Angel is an Operations Executive with a decade of experience spanning Mexico and Canada's manufacturing, engineering, and high-tech agri-food and energy industries. Currently serving as the VP of Integrated Operations and Technical Services at Clir Renewables, Angel assumes responsibility for the success of Clir's most valuable assets: its people and culture. By spearheading the integration of human resource policies and infrastructure, Angel has fostered the development of an effective and results-driven team meticulously aligned with the company's core values that thrive in supporting the business to achieve its purpose of minimizing humankind's impact on the climate.

Angel effectively leads the Integrated Operations team, encompassing various critical departments such as Global Operations, Finance, IT & Security, Business Intelligence, Technical Services, Revenue Operations, and People & Culture. Angel holds a Doctorate in Engineering Physics from The University of British Columbia and a Master of Science in Energy Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey.
