Maartje van der Sande is the CEO of Circular Rubber Technologies (CRT), and has more than 10 years’ experience leading large, capital intensive projects in the oil and gas sector. At CRT, Maartje works to optimize the value of the world’s rubber waste and increases use of reclaimed rubber in high grade applications. She has a MSc in Civil Engineering, and a Micro Masters in sustainable energy.
