Giovanni is an experienced entrepreneur, engineer, and business executive.

In 2019, he co-founded a med-tech startup, where he developed a portable electronic dispensing device for patients to precisely dose their medication and keep track of their consumption. As COO, he was responsible for fundraising, financial strategy, resource optimization, product development, finding product-market fit, patenting IP, regulatory approvals, strategic partnerships, operations, strategy, grants, legal, and HR.

Currently, Giovanni works with startups, accelerators, and VCs in the following manner:
• Startups (as Fractional COO and Advisor)
• Accelerators (as Entrepreneur in Residence and Mentor)
• VCs (as Consultant and Scout)

Giovanni has worked with companies in the following industries: med tech, health tech, biotech, food tech, ag tech, clean tech, energy storage, consumer electronics, construction, mining, and real estate.

While he has first-hand experience with the complexities unique to funding and developing deep tech, Giovanni has worked with startups across the board - hardware, software, and services - to be more strategic with their time, money, and decision-making.
