She has over 30 years of experience with the Government of Canada, not for profit organizations & small businesses nationally/internationally. Janet is experienced in leading human-centered development & change: 31 years in leadership management with over 14 years at the Executive level.
She is a designated Fellow Accountant (CPA/CMA Canada & CIPFA UK). She is ICF ACC level Accredited coach, certified as both an Integral Master Coach with Trauma-Informed Relationship and Climate Change distinct certifications. She is a certified Cultivating Safe Spaces Master facilitator and a graduate of Ten Directions Next Stage Facilitation Program.
Janet’s expertise includes the technical & strategic nuts & bolts in organizational development, oversight & governance functions in strategic management, corporate & policy development, infrastructure, system transformation, measurement, audit/monitoring/compliance, human centered process design & social innovation.
