She founded K2K Consulting in service of well-done HR, providing a full suite of custom HR solutions: from contract and policy development, to talent attraction and management plans; tying programs with company objectives.

Korina is currently working remotely or in person in Vancouver & Elkford, BC, and Calgary, AB. She bring over 15 years of HR experience, managing HR in small, explosive-growth and matrixed environments, predominantly high-tech, engineering, telecommunications and construction.
