Lisa is the Director of Human Resources at Foresight, where she leads the organization’s people and culture initiatives. She chose a career in HR because she genuinely enjoys working with people, getting to know them, understanding what they need to succeed, and helping create a workplace where they feel supported and valued. Her work focuses on building practical people practices, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a healthy and connected workplace culture.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, exploring the great outdoors, browsing thrift shops, and getting lost in a good book.
