Soroush is the CEO and Co-Founder of Novarc Technologies, where he has founded and scaled the company into one of North America's leading industrial automation and Physical AI companies. He has over 20 years of experience commercializing and scaling advanced technologies, with a focus on robotics, machine vision, and Physical AI.

Soroush holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of British Columbia, where he also earned a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer and a CFA charterholder, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
