Soushiant
Zanganehpour

Executive in Residence

Soushiant is an Iranian-Canadian entrepreneur who founded and led product development and sales at Swae, a venture-backed SaaS platform helping large organizations democratize idea generation from employees and enable bottom-up decision-making to emerging organizational challenges. In 4 years, he and his team grew Swae to 100K+ unique users, generated over $1M+ in revenues, and raised $2M+ in funding (Lead Investor of Seed round – former CTO of Netflix). Swae was used by COP28, The United Nations, Bosch, Etihad Airways, Doctors without Borders, LifeLabs, EMC Insurance, and the governments of Mexico and Chile.

In 2018, Swae won the 2018 New Shape Prize, a global competition between 14,000 applicants designed by Sweden’s Global Challenges Foundation to find unique and innovative solutions to fundamentally upgrade democracy and improve global decision-making and governance. He was awarded a $600K USD grant.
