Through Advanced Manufacturing Engineers Upskilling Program (AME-UP), participating engineers gain targeted training in areas where skills gaps are most acute, demonstrate technical and collaborative abilities to potential employers, and gain tangible insights into key sectors—all while receiving financial stipends.
