Nominations are now open for our 2nd annual Alberta Cleantech Awards, recognizing the game-changers, visionaries, and big thinkers that are shaping a net zero future in Alberta.
With climate-related disasters like floods, fires, and heat domes becoming increasingly prevalent across BC, it’s never been more important to highlight the people and organizations that are rolling up their sleeves and developing critical solutions to combat the catastrophic effects of climate change.
With four different categories, the Awards will highlight innovators, industry leaders, investors, government officials, and academics who are driving the development and adoption of incredible made-in-Alberta climate solutions and accelerating the province's green transition.
The level of innovation, leadership, and collaboration across Alberta’s cleantech community never ceases to amaze me. I can’t wait to see which incredible individuals and organizations are represented among this year's nominees - let’s shine a light on the best and brightest in Alberta cleantech!
Nominations will be open until April 19, 2024. If you know of a deserving candidate within the Alberta cleantech ecosystem, nominate them today. Self-nominations are also welcome.
An in-person Awards ceremony will be held on May 28, 2024 to bring Alberta’s climate leaders together in celebration of this year’s awe-inspiring winners as well as the province’s impressive cleantech advancements.

From major advancements in CCUS innovation to leadership in the agrifood and power sectors, this province is doing big things to advance Canada — and the world — to net zero. An organization championing the growth and development of cleantech in Alberta through support of climate-focused entrepreneurs, programs, ecosystem development, thought leadership, and community building.
