Earth Tech was a free, six-month accelerator program run in partnership with SI Canada for Canadian cleantech ventures. The program supported them in validating their solution, achieving product-market fit, raising capital, and measuring and communicating their potential impact.
Earth Tech has evolved into an entirely new program, Earth Tech 2050, geared towards startups with the potential to reduce half a gigatonne of CO2e by 2050.

We supported our ventures every step of the way with bi-weekly one-to-one coaching sessions, tailored training, and a cohort of peers building cleantech companies with big potential.
Earth Tech was a phenomenal program and extremely beneficial to our company at the stage we joined. Earth Tech was an outstanding program and I would recommend it to any startup working on climate change or in clean water solutions.

Are you a Fit for Earth Tech: 2050?
- You leap out of bed every morning motivated to get your technology to market at scale
- You know you can’t do it alone and want to surround yourself with experts, advisors, mentors and program staff who care deeply about your impact
- Technology Readiness Level 4 or above
- You can demonstrate that your technology has significant GHG impact potential – this can be direct (think sucking CO2 out of the air) or indirect (like more efficient and sustainable lithium extraction)
- You can demonstrate evidence of 1) market demand and 2) potential for widespread technology adoption (though we will consider moonshots with massive GHG reduction potential even if the market is unproven)
- You have at least two full-time co-founders, you are open to advice and coaching, and will reciprocate our investment in you with the necessary time and energy
- You are ready to dive in mid September, 2023.
