Noah Leduc is Director of Strategic Partnerships & Funding at Foresight Canada, where he leads the organization's government relations and public-sector engagement. He drives the development of multi-million-dollar funding proposals across public, private, and philanthropic sources. Before joining Foresight, Noah spent seven years in federal government departments, where his work focused on delivering funding to organizations in the sustainable energy and cleantech sectors. He holds a Bachelor's in Public Affairs and Policy Management and a Master's in Sustainable Energy Policy, both from Carleton University. With policy experience spanning government, academia, and the innovation sector, Noah brings deep insight into how policy, capital, and industry intersect to accelerate cleantech commercialization in Canada.
