The Scaling Up Framework
Training is based on the best practices from Gazelles, 4 Disciplines, and Entrepreneur Operating System. Scaling Up is a team-based service provided to companies on a standalone basis with three quarterly full-day sessions and one two-day annual planning session. Guidance and mentoring by the facilitator are available between scheduled team sessions.
Companies running on the Scaling Up framework build a strong foundation for growth and success by focusing on four key areas:
1
People
The People component of Scaling Up involves getting the “right people on the bus”: hiring and developing top talent, building a strong culture, and developing
effective leadership. With the right people in place, organizations create a high-performing team that is aligned around a common purpose and vision.
2
Strategy
The Strategy component of Scaling Up involves developing a clear and compelling vision, establishing long-term goals, and creating a One-Page Strategic Plan that creates a clear sense of direction, and alignment around where the organization is going and how it will get there.
3
Execution
The Execution component of Scaling Up involves having clear priorities for the company and leadership, establishing metrics and KPIs, and building a culture of accountability that drives execution and the desired results.
4
Cash
The Cash component of Scaling Up involves managing finances effectively and maximizing cash flow. By maintaining a healthy financial position, organizations can ensure that they have the resources they need to invest in growth and take advantage of new opportunities.
