Through collaborative efforts between industry stakeholders and innovators, we can drive continuous improvement in pulp and paper practices, paving the way for a more sustainable and circular economy.

Evaluation Criteria & Eligibility

  • TRL 7 or above
  • Identify a feasible and easy-to-apply technology
  • Experience in the forestry industry and open to pilot in CMPC's forests
  • Field pilot with error less than 5% in comparison with traditional measurement techniques

What Winners Get

  • Shortlisted applicants will present their technology to CMPC
  • The winning innovator, or innovators, will have the opportunity to present a pilot proposal to CMPC, with the potential to scale across all CMPC productions

Reduce log rejections in wood mills

Reduce CO2e emissions during log transportation

Be cost competitive and scalable across CMPC productions

Mobile for use in forest environments

Resistant to various climate conditions
