waterNEXT Technical Showcase Webinar
- Date: March 26, 2024
- Time: 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
- Cost: Free
- Venue: Zoom
- Organizer: Foresight

Water is inextricably linked to climate change. Water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and management are significant contributors to global greenhouse gas emissions, while floods, droughts, and storms as a result of climate change are expected to cost the Canadian economy $139 billion in the next 30 years.
Water technology can provide solutions to climate-related risks, whether through securing clean water access, adapting to drought or flood conditions, or helping to meet net zero emissions targets.
We invite you to join our waterNEXT Technical Showcase to hear and learn from leading Canadian innovators leveraging water solutions to address climate mitigation and adaptation challenges.
Foresight would like to thank the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP), for providing funding support for its Cleantech Ventures program, part of which makes this event possible.
