The Technology Acceleration Program is a tool we use in the Foresight Deliver program to help you understand what you need to accomplish in your role as CTO or technical lead, and give you the support and business training you need to achieve your development targets.

Going through this structured approach will help you:

  • Critically self-evaluate the TRL Level of your technologies
  • Complete a detailed requirement specification for your minimal viable product (MVP) and have it approved by a prospective customer
  • Prepare an actionable strategy to fast-track technology development through the TRL levels from ideation to product readiness
  • Implement operational processes for milestone and technology success tracking
  • Support the leadership team to most effectively collaborate with technology feasibility partners
  • Learn important business acumen to help you be the best CTO you can be, such as business model canvasing, financials, customer engagement and presentation skills
