1. Responsible for P&L for a $30M business unit which designed and manufactured complex technical products.
2. Manage a 320-person cross functional organization which included accounting, sales & marketing, estimating, warranty, QA, engineering, project management and manufacturing.

3. Implemented Kanban and performed Kaizen events to improve productivity and reduce cost.
4. Developed On and Offshore suppliers from components to complete product assembly.

Engineering / Product Development
1. Managed cross functional engineering teams which developed complex electro-mechanical products, which included power generation, coolant heaters and air conditioning. These products required mechanical packaging, electronic controls, embedded software, combustion and extreme environmental protection.

4. Landed development contract within rail transportation market in excess of $600K.
