I am an electrical engineer with over 30 years of experience in high tech manufacturing - everything from silicon chips to solar power plants.  I have worked with companies manufacturing many different kids of products - both high tech and low tech, and working with everything from start-ups to large multinational corporations.  

I started with PMC-Sierra when it was a start-up and exited 22 years as VP Operations when it was sold for $2.5BUS. Since then I have worked for startups as a CTO and Fortune 500 companies at the Director level.

I focus now on helping companies scale their operations and manufacturing, establish product development processes, prepare new technology for manufacturing, optimize costs and enable quality as a competitive advantage.
