Gaylyn Lawton is a Chief Financial Officer and Transformational Executive, building strong, evolving foundations to sustain profitable growth in private, private equity and publicly traded ownership structures.

In the last 20 years she has led organizations through stages of transformation including international sales, mergers and acquisitions and successfully achieved turnarounds, improving working capital and eliminating debt.

Ms. Lawton has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Natal, Durban. She articled with Ernst & Young in South Africa before moving to Canada and holds a CPA, CMA designation.
