Prior to moving to Canada Jamie ran a successful boutique advisory firm in the City of London (UK). He brings over a decade’s experience working with brands and corporates including MBC Group, BP, Indra Renewable Technologies, Modo, MyVoucher-Codes, TXM Plant & Scotgold Resources.

Transactional experience includes corporate acquisitions and disposals, capital raises, MBOs and strategic reviews. Internal functions include board reports, audits, risk processes and control improvement. His largest deal cap to date is £100m.

Jamie currently holds two board seats and is an advisor to two charities. His sector expertise covers Cleantech, Renewables, Manufacturing, Automotive, Tech (IoT and SaaS), Media and Telecoms.
