I have 25+ years of tech industry experience in senior roles across strategic marketing, business development, operations and partnerships/alliances. Most of my experience is in software companies in the GIS industry. More recently I have been a member of Maple Leaf Angels and have made a number of Angel investments in early-stage Canadian companies. I have been a pitch competition judge and have probably seen over 500 pitches. I draw on all this experience to advise and mentor founders - many of them in early-stage startups. In fact my ‘day job’ is being an Advisor to founders and I really enjoy making a difference in the lives of the founders I work with. In addition to working as an EIR at Foresight, I am also a Growth Coach with Communitech, Canada’s largest accelerator.

I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University. I enjoy a good game of squash. In winter I like to hit the slopes for downhill skiing and in summer you’ll find me gravel biking on the rail trails around Toronto.
