Ray Cushenan is a senior customer experience executive with extensive international experience in all aspects of the customer journey, including: Implementation & SaaS Delivery, Customer Support, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Order-To-Cash Operations; acquired over 25 years of leadership experience in the HR Analytics, Graphic Communications and Telecommunications sectors.

Over the course of his career, Ray has defined and mapped the critical customer journey.  He now focuses on early-stage, market-disrupting technology companies that recognize that the customer experience is a key differentiator, and want to optimize it for clients, employees and partners.  

In parallel with mapping the customer experience, Ray also delivers a Leadership Development Program aimed at coaching new leaders in growth-oriented companies.  His focus is on building innovative teams, diversity of thought, understanding communication styles, blue-sky thinking and career-building.
