I love building high-performing organizations! It is a huge passion for me.  I have over sixteen years of experience around executive tables. Currently, I work with a series of organizations helping them to build sustainable growth as a fractional COO.  Prior to that much of my experience was at ME to WE Social enterprises. 

Over the last 16 years, I've gained extensive experience as an operator in large-scale events, international travel & lodge management and retail. I've worked as a consultant in real-estate tech, health tech, fine art, green energy and building accelerator programs. I've managed P&L's of $40M+, produced 4x growth and provided $20M back to charity through corporate giving.

My approach to leading an organization is to focus on product and customer. I develop systems and processes to underpin repeatable and predictable growth.
