Tim has 40 years of experience in corporate finance advisory work, and as the V.P. of Finance and Development in both growth and mature organizations.

Investment portfolios under his management have exceeded $200 million in committed funds and have included residential real estate, construction transactions, and commercial loans.

As an independent consultant, Tim arranged senior debt, mezzanine financing, subordinated debt, and equity investments for early-stage and growth businesses. Clients included condominium corporations, importers & exporters, manufacturers, technology businesses, “Greentech businesses”, transportation enterprises, and service organizations.

In addition to raising capital, Tim has been involved in and led strategic planning sessions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Tim has served on five Boards and thoroughly enjoys working with entrepreneurial leaders and their teams to help them achieve their goals.
